The Religiously Literate Leader

We don’t talk about religion at work and it costs us: in employee engagement and productivity, in attracting and retaining top talent, in business and organizational development, in authenticity for our DEI initiatives, and in effective decision making.

The Religiously Literate Leader training provides leaders with the knowledge and confidence to begin important conversations about religious inclusion in the workplace, and to nurture a more supportive working environment, where everyone is invited to fully participate.

  • set the stage for a more religiously inclusive workplace with some simple tips to get you started

  • prepare to initiate important conversations about religious literacy with your team

Discovering Identities

This engaging series of talks goes Beyond Diversity Training to explore what is unique about the individual faith traditions. Together we will delve into:

  • the fascinating history to give context for the faith tradition

  • beliefs and practices of each faith

  • the food, holidays, language, and dress used in the celebrations and expressions of the faith.

We go beyond dos and do nots, providing background and an overall sense of the tradition. Attendees acquire a fuller grasp of the religions guiding the lives of colleagues and customers as well as neighbours and family members.

What you learn in our classes will help you not only in your career, it will help you better understand the evening news, your communities, and even yourself.
